Amalfi Coast

On this stretch of Italian coastline, life slows down. Lunches linger long into the afternoon, stories are shared between courses, and some of life's best moments are spent gathered around the table.

To create this menu, Nico and the team travelled the Amalfi Coast, cooking alongside local families, wandering lemon groves perched above the Mediterranean, visiting bustling fishing ports and discovering the recipes, traditions and stories that make this corner of Italy so special.

The result is a six-course tasting menu inspired by the people, flavours and spirit of the Amalfi Coast. From vibrant coastal ingredients to dishes rooted in generations of tradition, each course brings a little taste of la dolce vita to your table.
